Immerse Yourself In The Details
The SR9080 features a powerful bipolar speaker array that integrates Aluminum Dome Tweeters and BDSS woofers to deliver ultra-wide dispersion, tremendous dynamic range, and ultra HD detail for the ultimate in total sonic immersion.
Balanced Double Surround
System (BDSS™)
for the best seat in the house
On either side of the SR9080’s bipolar L/R speaker array innovative 4.5” Balanced Double Surround System™ drivers designed to always put you in the best seat in the house. BDSS improves driver excursion, allowing the SR9080’s mid/bass drivers to play lower and blend with the built-in subwoofers and bass radiators found in other BP9000 models.
Because this technology is utilized across the entire BP9000 Series, when integrated with other BP9000 models, the SR9080 contributes to a more uniform midrange soundstage throughout your listening environment. That means full range reproduction of scores, ambience and surround sound effects; and a seamless flow of panning audio around the room.
Aluminum Dome Tweeters
for crystal clear highs
The SR9080’s Aluminum Dome Tweeters feature ultralight, rigid construction that enables them to play significantly higher frequencies than we can hear with incredibly fast and accurate transient response. This provides effortless, distortion-free performance within and beyond the audible range—perfect for the enjoyment of high resolution audio.
“Sure to delight audiophiles…the sound delivered is so on point that you get to hear even the most discrete surround elements that are impossible to be heard with other speakers in a similar price bracket. The best part is you can place this versatile speaker literally anywhere in the room and still be assured of clear and detailed sound quality.”

Details Make The Difference
Designed for Performance
We leave no stones unturned in engineering superior loudspeaker designs. Resonance-free cabinetry; a disappearing, acoutically tansparent grille; and flexible placement options, are more reasons that the SR9080 is an integral investment in your ultimate home theater sound system.
Anti-Resonant Construction
for clean and powerful sound
The clean, powerful performance of the SR9080 is enhanced by a rigid cabinet design with bracing to improve sound and reduce unwanted resonance.
Disappearing Design
for focus on what matters
The SR9080 is wrapped in an acoustically transparent black cloth grille that won’t affect the sound. And as soon as you dim the lights, they disappear into your room—so you can focus on the movie, not your speakers.
Flexible Configuration
Own the system that’s music to your ears
We understand that your home theater preferences can be as unique as the spaces where you want to enjoy it. We built the SR9080 with those variables in mind. They can be easily wall or stand mounted and used as side speakers, rear surrounds or for front effects. So whether you’re looking for 5.1, 7.1 or 13.2 Dolby Atmos or DTS:x total immersion, the SR9080 has been designed to fill your life with sound.
Beautiful Music, Too
Not Just for Home Cinema
The advances that make the BP9000 series the ultimate home cinema speaker system apply to beautiful music reproduction as well. That’s why the SR9080 is also revered for its extraordinary musicality—from the roar of the crowd, to ambient soundscapes, to precisely placed instruments all around you— you’ll hear it all in high resolution, immersive detail when watching concerts or listening to multichannel music.
“The BP9000 system really impresses, with a big and dynamic performance that creates a fantastic sense of aural envelopment. The five speakers blend together seamlessly, creating a detailed and highly articulate soundscape that renders the individual instrumentation with precision.”
