It united our premium Italian design to the innate tendency we have for research and innovation, making our brand famous worldwide. In 2018 Solidsteel writes a new chapter of its history. The audio passionates and emotions are always more the main target of the project. The innovation and audio market needs offered new positive ideas and our catalogue now have new excellent solutions for the top audio systems.

    We like to define the HY Series as a “Functional Beauty”. Equilibrium between functionality and quality merge on the HY racks, which are the natural four-pillar evolution of the well known Hyperspike Junior (HJ Series) models, made from decades for satisfying the needs of offering Hyperspike stands at affordable prices. A furniture solution of unique style, faithful to the stylistic lines of our brand and made of premium materials. Thanks to the perfect combination of its parts, the HY Series is actually our best offer with value for money.

    Suitable for a wide range of components

    The four pillar design is geometrically positioned to give maximum support and minimum physical contact with the surrounding environment. The rack stems are made of high quality solid steel rods, polished by a state of the art process giving a smooth and shimmering finish. In order to provide the necessary modular structure, the frames comprise a central segment of variable length to meet diverse requirements, to which are attached the other elements that make up the rest of the support mechanism.

    Adding to the technical composition are securing screws, insulating spikes (very strong, beautifully secured, adjustable, strong locking with a clamping screw) and decoupling pads, also made of solid steel. Amongst the elements to be assembled are rubber o-rings, similar to a piston ring with the purpose of improving the fit while reducing the transmission of mechanical energy. This is the traditional Hyperspike Vibration Free System, designed by Solidsteel. The shelves dimensions are actually the largest produced in their range of products for vertical racks. Each shelf have a weight sustainability of tested 80 Kg

    with a four-pillar frame made of full stainless steel parts. Introduced
    for the first time in the audio market in 2006, it is certainly an iconic
    symbol of our best productions.
    These incredible High-End racks are a guarantee for your audio
    system: a support of exceptional value with a design carved over
    time, of unquestionable Italian charm. The frame is exclusively made
    by stainless steel Inox parts (40 mm of diameter) turned from full. The
    bottom parts are equipped by our historical Hyperspikes.
    The shelves (dimensions of 645×561 mm, 30 mm of thickness) are in
    MDF ennobled wood, lacquared in three different beautiful finishes:
    flat black, gloss black and gloss white. The glossy finishes are very
    resistant against scratches. Since the racks are all modular, each
    level’s height can be customized (min 145 mm and max 365 mm) and
    it’s possible as well to add extra shelves after the first purchase.
